– posiadać wykształcenie min. zawodowe lub świadectwo robotnika wykwalifikowanego.
Ponadto należy zapisać się na konkretny termin kursu oraz uiścić opłatę.
Część teoretyczna kursu odbywa się w zazwyczaj w siedzibie firmy szkoleniowej, natomiast część praktyczna, czyli zajęcia oraz egzamin mają miejsce na terminalu wyposażonym w urządzenie NO.
Po zakończeniu kursu wynikiem pozytywnym można bez przeszkód napełniać i opróżniać cysterny na bazie paliw, opróżniać cysterny na stacji benzynowej, a także opróżniać cysterny u odbiorcy, np. na placu budowy.
